Achim jumped ship from his previous job in Venture Capital in 2022 to fully focus on this proof-of-concept for a new aqueous heat conversion process.
Previously, Achim worked for IP Group plc as lead investor, launching University spinouts supporting commercialising their patents with funding and business support. Achim also worked as a Strategy Consultant for McKinsey& Company in the Duesseldorf and London offices.
Achim seves as a mentor for the Royal Society of Chemistry in London and provides deep advisory and support to HydroDAO and our newly launched EverBlue Ventures Fund.
It was in his early career where his passion for water started when working for a German Fraunhofer Cleantech Institute as the membrane expert developing water treatment solutions for industrial clients.
